In 2017 Kim moved from The Netherlands to Vancouver Canada B.C. to work for Lululemon as Sr Designer on the sport bra team. From 2017 till 2020 she designed many sport bras, swim and surfwear. In 2020 she moved as sr designer to the mainline performance team and designed products for run, train, tennis, golf and hike capsules. In 2021 she was promoted to design manager and worked on women's Tennis, Golf, Run & Hike till end of 2024.

Some of the many Lululemon career highlights are designs that made it to the Olympics, Wimbledon and Roland Garros.  And working with Olympic athletes and

ambassadors for run, surf  and tennis.

She gained several patents on designed bras and hike product.

Sustainablity is key for Kim and she worked on multple sustainablity projects and pushed for more wool and or organic materials into the collections.
